The hotel has friendly staff, especially at the check-in and information center, making it a pleasant place to stay. The food was good, and the bar was nice, but the rooms could use some improvement as they had a musty smell and overlooked an unattractive rooftop. Additionally, the location near a noisy highway was not ideal for a peaceful stay.

The rooms were very clean, but there was a musky smell, and the room felt a bit dusty. I wasn't thrilled about the view, which was an ugly rooftop with air conditioning units and a noisy highway nearby.

The staff was delightful and very professional, always ready to help. However, I wish they had informed me about parking convenience as it would have made my arrival smoother.

Dining options were quite lacking, with a cafeteria-style breakfast that left much to be desired. Having to trek outside in the cold to another hotel for breakfast was not convenient.
